Guest：Everything was amazing, the facilities, the reef, the pools, and staff, everything, just the beach itself was not that friendly as it's rocky nonetheless, the management have a solution for guests who want to enjoy the beach but not in the reed snorkeling area, and the green areas were remarkable and the food quality is top, sure it won't be the last time to go there.
Guest：The hotel grounds, rooms and pools are amazing, the food is lovely and plenty of choices..We all enjoyed the aqua park and the lazy river a lot.. The downside to this hotel is the sea, it has to be the worst i have been to in all of marsa alam and i have stayed in about 12 different hotels in Marsa, The only way to swim is off the Jetty and the coral you get to go snorkelling around is only small.. I also found that the staff were not the friendliest and the service wasnt really good.. we didnt get offered drinks while we watched other guests being served, we did bring this issue up and it was resolved however all in all the staff could do with some customer service training...??
