Одним словом - ужасно. Единственный вариант - это остановиться на 1-2 ночи, когда все негативное будет неважно.
1. Я приехал около 15, мне было сказано, что номер пока занят и предложили побыть до вечера в другом отеле. Не вопрос, пошел на пляж, погулял, вернулся около 10 вечера. Номер еще не готов, в нем люди. Заселился только в 23:15. По факту день насмарку.
2. В номере было грязно, песок на тумбочках, общая неубранность.
3. В описании номера: письменный стол - отсутствует, вид на сад - вид на стройку и заклеенная дверь, wifi в номере - еле-еле, ноутбук подключался, телефон нет.
4. Ни мыла, ни геля для душа, ни шампуня - ничего. Полотенце одно тонкое, которым и котёнка насухо не вытереть.
5. И главное, за 4 дня ни разу не было уборки. Никакой. Абсолютно, никто в комнату не заходил.
Категорически не рекомендую.
A perfect place for budget conscious travellers who want to laze on a beautiful beach and watch the fishermen haul in their nets each day. Clean clear water and white sand. Easy to organise a snorkeling trip too.

Hotel owners were a lovely couple. They are sweet and kind. Feeding the stray dogs and they own a cat and a cute puppy at the hotel. Jacob the co-owner is a very experienced hotelier. I like his sharing of his stories and chatting causally about his life. My room is at the top floor, no lift, and air-con. It has a viewing platform to a partial seaview. There's construction going on nearby so afternoon nap can be interrupted. The beach near the hotel is wonderful, you can see fishermen working and the few restaurants serve dinner.
Late review! A nice place in Trinco. We went on a family trip. The premises were in a good location and the sea is a minute away. They have a big parking lot. Hospitality was exceptional. Aunty and Uncle were super friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast. We ordered Sri Lankan breakfast as well as English breakfast. It was super delicious. The rooms were clean and well-organized. They have cute pets too. Overall, a good place to stay in Trinco. Highly recommended.

Filling breakfast (included) upstairs on the roof terrace Spacious room & bathroom with a lockable drawer Very close to the beach and a short tuk tuk ride to the main sites and a lovely beach bar, Fernandos. Loved the pet dogs and cats here too! Would recommend at this price point!
Sehr sch?nes sauberes Zimmer mit Meerblick und gro?en Betten. Das Hotel liegt super nah am Strand, und hat einen sch?nen offenen Sitzbereich wo gefrühstückt wird. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und haben uns ein super leckeres Frühstück zubereitet!! Wirklich sch?n!
Stayed here with friends while visiting Trincomalee. The hospitality here was second to none and the location was very close to the beach! The breakfast we were served every morning was fresh and incredibly tasty. All in all it was a very pleasant stay with a truly kind and generous host.
A wonderful place to stay, lovely room, great a/c, fan and shower, short stroll to the beach, nearby restaurants.. quiet at the hotel though. Breakfast is excellent, perfectly served, nothing too much trouble. For only the second time in my weeks in Sri Lanka I met fellow animal lovers, these people care, take in dumped puppies and kittens feed and love them. Go stay there, support them..
