This was my second visit to the hotel, the staff are amazingly friendly and very attentive . The barmen Yogal and Bibek are excellent as are the reception and restaurant staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very quiet . We would definitely return and thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Katmandhu ??

My recent stay was a mixed bag, offering both positive and negative aspects. The room itself was a definite plus; spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The mattress, in particular, deserves praise – firm yet comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep...or at least it would have, had it not been for the significant drawback of the hotel's location. The hotel's proximity to a bustling bar proved to be the biggest downside. While the room itself was quiet during the day, the noise level from the bar escalated considerably at night, making it difficult to sleep on several occasions. This unfortunately overshadowed some of the other positive elements of my stay. Despite the noise issue, there were several commendable aspects. The mattress was indeed a highlight, providing excellent support and comfort. Furthermore, the staff were consistently willing to assist and accommodate my needs, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Their helpfulness and attentiveness significantly improved my overall experience. The food in the hotel restaurant was also tasty, offering a pleasant dining experience. In summary, while the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable mattress, and the helpful staff were significant positives, the considerable noise from the nearby bar significantly impacted my ability to relax and sleep. Potential guests should be aware of this potential disruption before booking. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel might not be the best choice.
I had a great stay there. Everything was really good. My room was clean and nice. Very friendly staff helped me with all the things I needed to know. The breakfast was really good. All in all good quality for reasonable money. I highly recommend this place.
