This a heritage building that hasn’t been restored, so is scruffy and worn, and the rooms quite basic, albeit comfortable. However, it was lovely to stay in a historic building and the staff were exceptionally pleasant, friendly and helpful. They did my laundry for free - which has never happened anywhere else in the world, and was very much appreciated. Within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.
