When we arrived, the only type of the room that available is the smoking room, while we order the non-smoking room. So we decided to upgrade into deluxe room for the non-smoking room. The facilities in deluxe room here standard, but some amenities was only given one, so we have to call the recepsionist to ask for the additional, the phone call in my room was nearly broken, I have to adjust the cable until I able to have a call with recepsionist.

location of hotel is excellent right next to the toll road heading towards airport. amenities and overall culinary options need improvement

Nice hotel with reasonable price. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide selection. The go-to hotel when I have business trip in Jakarta.

酒店早餐不错，可供选择的品种较多，只是人多时菜品补充不是很及时。客房清扫的很乾净，洗手间的插座面板已经碎裂，要更换了

Overall is good except new receptionist is slow in checking. Senior staff serves 4 guests vs 1 guest for the new receptist.

Extended my stay for an extra night. Much cheaper when book through Trip.com. The rate they offer at the hotel is ridiculously expensive.
