Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The room is cozy and very clean, the bed a bit too soft for what I'm used to, but it's comfy. The breakfast is served and the quality is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a terrace on the 8th floor where there's a nice view of the city and a bar. I'd definitely come back.

特别点赞酒店Clara, 本身已购买三日早餐, 但去到餐厅反馈说没有订购, 交涉后酒店反馈是她们系统问题并Clara诚挚的道歉及可爱的卡片感觉很温馨, Housekeeping服务不错, 第二天早上和Reception反馈了日用品问题, 晚上回到酒店发现没有change, 反馈前台后一位年纪稍大的男士跑过来提供酒店缺失的日用品, 给这位认真态度的男士一个赞！行李寄存前台女生服务很棒, 也是之前Check in的那位女生, 但是拿回行李时前台有个黑胖女全程目无表情, 好像她欠了别人钱, 拿个行李竟然没出来就让别人自己拿, 没见过这样的所谓前台！是整个酒店住宿期间最差的没有之一！这5分服务好评是送给前台Clara和那位男士的周到服务！

Hotel situato a15' a piedi dal centro storico. Con rifiniture molto curate e una colazione superlativa. Peccato per le dimensioni della camera

Very cool design , beds were soft with pillows too soft and uncomfortable . I had no wifi or signal reception inside the hotel .
Breakfast was very good but slow service.
No help with luggage.
No amenities in the room , slippers etc

Good spot, little out the way, also people always smoking right outside the door which isn’t nice for non smokers (me and my wife!)

One of the worst service experiences I have encountered, and certainly not comparable to the price paid.
First, the receptionist was not friendly. While it is perfectly normal for guests to ask questions, especially during a multi-day stay, there was one receptionist who appeared visibly uncomfortable and impatient when I asked for assistance. This was noticeable through both tone and body language, and it made me hesitant to approach the front desk for further inquiries the following day.
Second, unlike most hotels where housekeeping can be requested simply by placing a cleaning sign on the door, this hotel requires guests to inform the receptionist directly. Unfortunately, this information was never communicated. As a result, despite placing the sign, my room was not cleaned.
Third, I attempted to upgrade to a larger room during my stay, as I had booked for seven nights, but this was not accommodated.
Fourth, when I tried to contact the receptionist via the in-room telephone, it was not functioning.
Fifth, in many hotels, guests are promptly informed if any belongings are left behind, even small items. In this case, no notification was provided at all.
Lastly, the amenities were extremely limited and did not meet the expectations of a hotel in this price range.
But the hotel’s design is quite good and unique, and the location is strategic.

Hotel in una posizione perfetta a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino a molte attrazioni. La metro è praticamente davanti all’hotel. Camera di dimensioni giuste e pulita.

The hotel is luxurious overall, but unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. I booked two rooms for three nights, and the room assigned to my sister-in-law had a faulty shower head. Although the shower head was made of high-quality material, it was very heavy and secured with a loose screw. While showering, it detached and fell onto my sister-in-law’s boyfriend’s toe.
As the swelling worsened and the pain became increasingly severe, we went to the trauma unit for an X-ray. What we initially thought was a minor injury turned out to be a hairline fracture in his little toe. As this happened on the first day of our trip, it was deeply upsetting and affected our mood for the remainder of the 2.5-week holiday.
That said, the hotel staff handled the situation with empathy and care. They repaired the shower head immediately, provided additional first-aid supplies that the hospital had not given, and took the time to listen to our concerns. They also reassured us that they would look into the matter and see if they could assist with covering the hospital fees, or alternatively refund the room charges for the three nights.
Things to be improved:
1. Make sure that the toilet amenities are comprehensive (my room was missing hand wash)
