I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and its restaurant. The ambiance was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special compliment to Basit from the restaurant team — he was very polite, attentive, and professional. His friendly attitude and prompt service truly enhanced our dining experience. Overall, great hospitality and a memorable stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is located by the side of Dal Lake and some of the rooms have amazing view of the lake. The rooms are spacious with 24 hours running room heater and geyser. We stayed for 10 days and the overall experience was amazing. The staffs are very helpful and proactive. We also booked a can from the hotel. The driver (Mr. Abid) was very helpful and showed us many offbeat locations also.

I stayed in several hotels during my trip, but I would highly recommend Hotel Boulevard. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they supported us throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Shaid for guiding us during our trip and assisting with ticket bookings. He patiently answered all our questions and provided clear and helpful guidance. I would also like to appreciate Basif and Suhain from the Food & Beverage department for their warm welcome and excellent service. The quality of food at the hotel was outstanding, and the service provided by Basif was truly commendable. Thank you, Basif, for your guidance and exceptional F&B service. Additionally, I would like to mention the security guard on the morning shift (unfortunately, I do not recall his name). He was very welcoming, polite, and professional, which made a great impression.

Amazing place to stay. The dinner was exceptional and the service as well. Chef curated the dishes based on our likings. Super neat and clean as well. Would definitely recommend

Location Is very good with a scenic view opp to dal lake. Rooms are neat & clean. Hotel with Positive Ambiance & Atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Thanks to F&B Mr. Sohail Ahmed.
