Convenient This was an easy drive from the car rental company with self-parking. We arrived late and left early, but it was a pleasant stay.

Great experience! The room is some of the cleanest I've seen, everything works and the staff are very friendly! The check-in process was simple and efficient, the man at the counter was very nice. Upon hearing we have an early flight out of Jordan and would miss breakfast, he offered to make a breakfast box for us to take along to the airport. It's a shame we aren't staying longer!

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging, aan de rand van Madaba en heeft een ruime gratis parkeerterrein. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en het personeel was erg behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes en modern ingericht en ook de badkamer was prima met een heerlijke douche. Het ontbijt was erg goed. Grote plus was het heerlijke zwembad. Het enige nadeel was dat het water in het zwembad wel wat schoner zou mogen zijn.

Hotel très bien placé prêt du centre , tout récent avec parking et petite piscine. petit déjeuné sans prétention mais correcte. Très bon choix pour Madaba. Le patron tient également un resto Libanais (a 100 m) très bien, flyer avec 10% de reduction.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet h?tel de Madaba dans la chambre 303. Première surprise pour nous : le pommeau de douche complètement rouillé et qui laissait vraiment à désirer. Heureusement qu'il y avait une douchette de substitution en meilleur état que nous avons pu utiliser. La salle de bain est minuscule et la douche fuit. Nous sommes partis toute une journée en excursion et lorsque nous sommes revenus, la chasse d'eau fuyait et il y avait plein de traces de couleur marron dans les toilettes, ce qui vous laisse imaginer la qualité de l'eau... La responsable est au courant de ces problèmes liés à l'eau mais ne fait rien pour arranger les choses. J'avais lavé des vêtements que j'avais mis à sécher sur le balcon, et en partant de l'h?tel, je les ai oublié. Je m'en suis rendue compte en fin de journée et nous avons appelé l'h?tel le soir même pour dire que nous allions revenir sur Madaba la semaine suivante et que nous passerions récupérer les vêtements oubliés. Nous sommes repassés, et mes vêtements avaient été jetés, car pour eux ce n'était pas important... Visiblement cela ne fonctionne pas comme dans beaucoup d'h?tels où ils sont censés garder les objects trouvés plusieurs mois voire années au cas ou le client les réclament... Ici ils ont été jetés le jour même. Pas très correct. Nous avions choisi cet h?tel pour la piscine, malheureusement celle-ci était vidée, bien que les températures avoisinaient les 28 degrés. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Autant dire que nous ne reviendrons pas

Ottimo Hotel con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Il personale sia alla reception che al ristorante si è rilevato competente e simpatico La camera e il bagno pulite con una bella vista sulla città
