Joe and Lili are superb hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they take a genuine interest in their guests. Breakfasts are excellent. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. This was my fourth visit and it won't be my last!

I have been here before but decided to come again as I had such a lovely experience last time and was visiting relatives in the area. The standards are still excellent and it is still spotlessly clean. Lovely touches which make this guest house stand out. After visiting a few different places in Torquay over the years this is now always my first choice. Superb breakfast each day, plenty of tea bags and coffee if you need more for the room and in this hot weather a welcome fan in the room which was just perfect. Lili the owner is kind and nothing is too much trouble for her she really makes you feel special. I so enjoyed my stay here and think I will come back for a holiday. My sincere thanks to Lili and Joe for working so hard to make this guest house really stand out. The flowers in the front garden were just gorgeous. I will be back and look forward to seeing you both again. Do not hesitate to book this lovely guest house.

Amazing hosts, nothing too much trouble, carried bags for us, called everyone by name. Plate of freshly prepared fruit on table each morning, freshly cooked breakfast taken by individual order, great bottomless coffee. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed & pillows, bright clean shower room. Short walk to good seafront restuarants & coffee shops. Defintitely be back next year!

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at this lovely B&B and it was as good as ever. Liliya and Joe are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated and the breakfasts are exceptional, especially the sausages. We look forward to returning here in the near future.

Everything about The Patricia was first class. Lily and Joe were excellent hosts. We felt more like friends than guests.

Such a warm welcome and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic for access to the local town and of course the sea front of Torquay. Limited parking is also available on request subject to availability so I was also able to park. My room was clean, well equipped with all essential stay items as well as bottled water and shower gel and shampoo miniatures. Good location of plug sockets and also USB sockets which is a nice additional touch for guests. Breakfast is served in a light, sunny and informal setting, with continental self service as well as fully cooked breakfast made to order how you would like it. Coffee is also top quality a much needed part of any breakfast offering. All in all a wonderful secure, stay in a beautiful part of the world. My little tip would be to make a coffee and sit in the front terrace in the morning in the sun it was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be keen to recommend your b&b to friends and family, and may well stay again myself if I don't just get a taxi home!

This is a lovely little bed and breakfast not far from the sea front and the town. Made to feel welcome by both Liliya and Joe who were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was good and made to order. Room was lovely. Lovely little bed and breakfast not far from town centre and sea front, there is a bus stop near by. Liliya was very helpful at suggesting places we could go as we had never been in Torquay before. Really enjoyed my stay. Shirley & Michael

What an amazing stay at the Patricia, Torquay! The hosts, Joe and Lyliya were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, wonderful hospitality! Beds were super comfortable too. Perfect location, and in a nice and quiet spot of Torquay. see you soon The Patricia!
