The hotel is amazing and staff are so friendly. They go above and beyond for you, Guest services are absolutely shocking and they do nothing to help you tbh. We had about 5 calls with them before they listened and helped. Caused so much unnecessary stress. They are not helpful, want you off the phone.

Great facilities, staff lovely, nice location, down side no air conditioning and it was on 4 of the hottest days this month September, room a little dusty, water in kettle, didn't understand why you had to book your room to be cleaned.

Bed great customer service excellent very pleased would greatly come back never any problems happy and Friendly staff overall prefect and wouldn’t use any other hotels accommodation for children excellent

Richard and Emily on reception were both friendly and helpful at different times. The room was clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and was tasty. Emily was very helpful with my request for seating. A good experience all round.

We stayed for 4 nights. I am disabled and found the facilities for myself excellent. The room was spotless and the lowered bath although not my first choice was with some help good to use. All our sleeps where comfy and quiet. The carpark is ok but thought might be given to putting some speed signs around to ensure that some rather selfish drivers might slow down entering and leaving. The entry to the reception is way to steep for those with disabilities and it is has potential to be dangerous in wet conditions. I would hope that the company might look at this as they do a pretty good Job as regards disabilities in other areas. I also feel that it would be a huge benefit to have a covered outside area for guests both for smokers as many of us still do this and also for rain cover when waiting on transport. Having said all this I must now say that Emily and Staff are really some of the best in making you feel welcome and ensuring that nothing is to much trouble. Thank you All. Finally we ate at the Beefeater next door and found the staff to be very considerate and thoughtful and the food was excellent everyday. However the Beefeater also has to look at the entry for the disabled as it is not at all easy. The doors are heavy and if you are in a wheelchair they open outwards so make it very difficult to enter unless you have someone with you. There is a ramp at the side of the entry but it is not easily spotted and when it is raining it is not easy to turn to the entry door safely due to a raised flower bed and a very large drop on the other side. this drop is really dangerous when leaving the restaurant especially in a wheel chair it has the potential to be a nasty accident. This is still a good place to stay when visiting Black pool bearing in mind that parking is plentiful and free and that the Staff really are a pleasure.
