One of the worst Premier Inns i have stayed at. On arrival the member of staff on reception would not check me in as the self service kiosk was available, but due to my booking being via a corporate travel company they needed to help anyway. Room was OK. Heating / air-conditioning unit noisy and turns off randomly. The WiFi is slow unless you pay for the upgraded service at £5 per night. Restaurant is hit and miss whether it is open or not each evening which is not helpful when all you need after a long day working is an easy meal etc. Breakfast is supposed to open at 06:30 however hot food is not available until 06:50 as they are still cooking / microwaving it until this point.

Got a deal on a 1 night stay with breakfast, so chose Beverley and as the title suggests the room was generic, everything you'd want for a short stay. Decent shower, comfy bed and decent pillows. Breakfast was good offering everything you'd want. The hotel is about a 15 mins walk from the main shopping area and the multi storey car park is very close offering good value at £10 for 24hours. No complaints at all, check in was automated, do it yourself on a large screen, validate your own door card, easy peasy, there are friendly staff there to help if needed.

Whilst everything was generally fine the check-in process is poor. We are encouraged to check in online which cannot be done via a PC but must be via the 'app' which is not straightforward. On arrival we are obliged to check in again and require help from staff who are fully aware the process is poor as they apologise profusely.

Excellent rooms. Super comfy beds and pillows. On the back of that we are going to buy a matress and pillows. Great location and very good service with friendly staff

Overall, a reasonable stay. The hotel is conveniently located for the town Centre. It is also quite quiet. Cleanliness is good. The rooms are a reasonable size. The only two issues that we had, were poor Wi-Fi, and also the duvet on the bed is very heavy and this did give my wife some significant issues trying to sleep. Although the Hotel doesn’t have its own car park, there is a multi story directly next door which you can use for £10 per night.

Location is very good and generally the stay was 'ok' however the bathroom floor had dried blood on it, neither hygienic or visually appealing

Very convenient location in Beverley Town Centre. Atmosphere is excellent, the room was clean and fresh and very welcoming along with friendly efficient staff. Comfortable beds and superb food and drink. Duty manager Danielle was amazing, very helpful with everything we needed, she's an excellent cook too. All very good value for money. Highly recommend.

We stayed here this time as we wanted to try out the annual Xmas market - which did not dissapoint. The hotel is a prime location for very easy access to all of the stalls on the market - very close proximity. The hotel is also next to the new shopping centre which is great. The hotel gave us a free breakfast (adults) - this was a nice touch Premier Inn - thank you. I am sure other meals are nice but thee is so much great choice a stones throw from the hotel of mouth watering eateries that we have yet to sample any food other than breakfast. We understand that children (under 15) receive a free breakfast all the time. Staff are courteous and always knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are clean, roomy and QUIET! We like staying here when visiting East Riding.

Stayed here before but this time we had to do the self-service check in. (It's not difficult but it's not welcoming either.) Room was nice & clean as usual. Got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Parking nearby in multi-storey is handy. Disappointed to find self-service snack/drinks machine wasn't working in evening so not able to get bottle of water & no staff around to ask. Wifi worked fine at first but later in evening and following morning we couldn't log in at all - again, disappointing. Will still go back though!

Beverley Premier Inn is one of my favourites. Nice hotel, great location and the staff are always lovely. But…………… Recently it has become the norm for only person to be on duty in the evenings. They have to check people in, take food and drink orders, pour the drinks, deliver the food and drinks to the tables, take payment for the meals, clean the tables etc On top of that, the restaurant is constantly running out of food. Last week they had no chips so I had to have hash browns with my gammon, then they had no chicken, then no fish, then no cider, then no decaf coffee. Not sure what has happened recently, but the management needs to sort it out.
