Es freut uns, dass Ihnen unser Hotel grunds?tzlich gefallen hat ,gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch einige vermeidbare Punkte getrübt wurde.Die Hinweise zur Zimmerreinigung und zum Service nehmen wir sehr ernst. Dass mehrfach Handtücher fehlten oder Anliegen wie der Batteriewechsel nicht umgesetzt wurden, entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch. Grazie per aver condiviso il tuo feedback. Ci dispiace sinceramente per gli inconvenienti riscontrati durante il soggiorno. Siamo spiacenti anche per il mancato rimpiazzo della biancheria da bagno, il volume troppo alto della musica pomeridiana e il servizio camere pomeridiano insoddisfacente.
