Hi Marjorie,It seems that your stay didn't quite meet your expectations.The room you booked is actually quite a large motel room and provides seating area for guests to relax. Guests can book a bayview room if a nice view is a priority.Our online guest guide provides a heap of tourist and area information, and we are located directly opposite the tourist informaiton centre.Whilst we do not provide a reception office, our cleaning staff are on site daily and our guest service team are just a phone or text message away.
