  • Guest：Klein Kariba resort is the best. Clean , beautiful. 5 star ? Stay . I went camping with my partner for full 5 days ?? the staff from the gate ( security guards) so helpful in everything from setting up the caravan set ups etc ,,clean bathrooms, sculllery ,camp stands, warm pools clean and clear blue , sauna . The wild Animals views and so much tranquil nature. . It is a value a money the trail walk with specific guide signs. The valuable resources that one feels at home. Definitely coming back ??????
  • Guest：Units are really not the cleanest. There were cockroachs all over even in the fridge. Staff was extremely helpful and moved us two another unit how ever unfortunately as soon as we walked in a dead cockrach was laying there. We asked to move again and they allowed us but it was a little better but not at all great.
  • Guest：Upon checking into the unit, we discovered that the fridge was completely warm. I had to request more than once for someone to come and inspect it. When assistance eventually arrived, I was told that the fridge had only been switched on shortly before our check-in and that I should be patient. I was also informed that no alternative unit or fridge was available. Although the fridge was cold by the next morning, I had already lost food due to the heat. What made the experience worse was finding a clump of hair on the bedding when I opened the bed, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. When I reported these issues at reception, I was advised to send photos via WhatsApp to the manager on duty, which I did. Three days have passed, and I have still not received any response. We usually enjoy staying at the resort, but this experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we have come to expect.
  • Guest：the resort is clean and tidy. the only problem was the monkeys, they were a lot. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and the walks in the morning. The resort was clean at all times.
