Guest：Rating: ?? (or 1 star, depending on your preference) Title: Smooth check-in, but ridiculous swimming pool charges I recently stayed here and had mixed feelings. On the positive side, the check-in process was smooth, and I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to check in early at 12:00 PM, which was very convenient. However, the experience with the swimming pool was a major letdown. They charge RM20 per person just to use the pool, which is quite steep. What made it even worse was the policy that even if you aren't swimming and just want to sit there to watch your kids, you still have to pay RM10. This is completely unreasonable for staying guests. To top it off, the pool itself wasn't even that great. Because of these hidden costs and poor value, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Guest：The room at 5X floor with nice scenery of city. Nice location but the room quite old however, everything work well except oven.
