Lovely stay,hotel is clean and tidy, Paul and Sarah are lovely people who couldn't do enough for us. Room was a little tired but excellent view across the bay. Great breakfast with weather forecast thrown in for free! Would definitely stay there again.
We had a lovely friendly welcome on arrival. Our room was immaculate and very spacious with a very comfortable bed . Breakfast was plentiful , cooked fresh to order and very tasty . Paul & Sarah were lovely hosts and very friendly . Will definitely return .
Wonderful place to stay. Sarah and Paul went above and beyond, loaning us chairs and even giving our pooch a sausage for breakfast. Lovely family room, comfy bed, great breakfast, will definitely stay again!! Thank you both, very much appreciated.
Fabulous. Sarah and Paul were amazing hosts. My elderly father ha d a fall and they were so helpful. Totally went beyond what was expected. The hotel is so well located with sea views. Well equipped, clean room of a good size. Massive bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. Breakfast was very well cooked and served with a couple of jokes and a weather forecast for the day. All very entertaining. If you want a holiday in Paignton don't look any further than Seaways. Sincere thanks to Sarah and Paul for a super break and especially the care they gave to my father. See you next year.
Paul and Sarah offer the warmest, friendliest of welcomes and we were made to feel so at home during our happy stay. The rooms were comfy and clean, both with en suites. The breakfasts were appetising and my grandson entertained. If you want to chill out in the dining area, there are toys for the kids and a bar for the adults and a lovely view of the bay as it is moments away from the promenade leading one way to the restaurants and the other to the beach and pier. Highly recommended!

I've stayed at the Seaways many times and yet again it didn't disappoint. Paul & Sarah are wonderful hosts and nothing is to much trouble for either of them. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a beautiful breakfast with a variety of options. Many thanks to you both and see you next year
Comfortable bed, nice size room. Daughter said sofa bed was so comfy. Clean room and bathroom. Choice of tea and coffee and some yummy biscuits. Hosts paul and Sarah are amazing and so helpful especially with things to do on a rainy day. Breakfast is amazing especially the sausages ??. Great quiz in the evenings. Nothing is ever to much trouble.
What a lovely couple running this hotel. Nothing was to much trouble,they went above and beyond to help us with anything. From returning my partner's phone to advising where to go. Breakfast was perfect,well done Sarah. We stayed in the deluxe room which had a fabulous view. Amazing sunrise. The only thing that I would say is that it can be abit noisy at night with the boy racers on the main ***** but this is out of Paul and Sarah's control. It would not put us off staying again.
We stayed at Seaways for a week and highly recommend this hotel. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Tired and exhausted from work we booked this hotel with Paul and Sarah. Parking included. We chose room 10 on the top floor with the most fantastic views of the coastline looking as far over to Torquay and Thatchers rocks. On the day of check-in, we aimed to arrive at the allocated time, but we decided to get there a bit later, so we informed Sarah and she was absolutely fine with this and very thankful we let her know. After a gorgeous drive from Sussex to Devon, we arrived at the Seaways at the rear of the parking at the hotel. As we walked through the gate into the back garden, it was like walking into a family members home. Sarah was there to greet us with her beaming smile. From that moment on, was the start of one of the best experiences of our lives. Paul came out to greet us and at that moment little did we realise that we were meeting one of the most kindest, genuine couples you could ever meet in your life. The hotel is fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable, with amazing decor, amazing breakfast, ample parking and nothing was too much trouble for Paul and Sarah. Seaways was a delightful experience thanks to the lovely owners Paul and Sarah. They went well beyond normal efforts and made our stay fantastic and they were a mine of local knowledge helping us plan many outings. Our visit included breakfast which was excellent. Room was comfy and clean. Highly recommended.
