Breakfast was nice, I requested an item twice from the water, and each time he said oh sure. Ig finished breakfast, talked with the new associate I met and left. Regardless of the waiters forgetfulness, I left a generous tip. ??
The front desk guy that checked me in was really rude and very unprofessional. The valet service was top tier! The manager over the valet service was also very professional.
My husband and I stopped by for a weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary. Tyler and his team were exceptional. A complimentary anniversary desert and an upgraded room with a hand signed card was way more than we could have asked for. Not to mention how beautiful the room and grounds were. 10/10
The hotel was clean; however, the overall experience felt very unorganized. When I arrived, my room key had not been activated for the garage parking, and I had to return to the front desk to have it fixed.
Later that evening, on both Saturday and Sunday, only two elevators were working, which made it very inconvenient. We attempted to locate the stairwell but could not find it, and even after asking a hotel staff member for help, we were directed the wrong way.
Additionally, my room was located right next to the housekeeping area, and staff were going in and out frequently throughout Saturday, which made it very difficult to get any rest. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they only apologized and did not offer to move my room or provide any other resolution.
For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much more organized and accommodating experience.
