  • Guest：The room itself was awesome — spacious, comfortable, and well-presented. However, I did notice some issues: the toilet had a constant leak, leaving the floor wet even when not in use, and the Smart TV remote often malfunctioned. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the security guard was especially helpful in opening the door when housekeeping was unavailable — a gesture I truly appreciated. Having an intercom or in-room phone for easier communication with the front desk would also be a great improvement. Despite these shortcomings, our stay was still awesome thanks to the warmth and helpfulness of the team.
