Guest：The management of this hotel is rude, unpleasant, and, actually, unhospitable. Even though i had notified them through ********** at 1030 pm, the office was closed when i got there and hotels.com's virtual assistant was of no help whatsoever. I had a place to sleep that night only because of the kndness of a stranger Who happened to come by the railroad station and saw me standing there shortly after i arrived by train from Melbourne.parkview is a dump and ********** failed when needed .them. Them: 2026-01-01

Guest：I usually enjoy my stay at this hotel however upon arrival I found a large dead cockroach in my room, thankfully I was moved to another room. I personally think overpriced for quality of room.: 2026-02-01

Guest：Capet in poor condition, bathroom shower door last crack. Place is dated needs a good refurb: 2024-12-01
