  • Guest：This hotel did not have a comforter or quilt or blanket on the bed nor in the closet. We called and they said they were out of them. So we slept with a sheet only. It was uncomfortable bc we were cold and they did nothing to resolve it… just said.. oh we’re all out of those. It seems bare minimum to have a cover on a bed in a hotel. That was highly disappointing. It was very aesthetically pleasing at most.
  • Guest：Staff is very friendly but the property itself I would not recommend. My room upon arrival was not as advertised. I was under the impression I’d be receiving wooden floors because that is what I was shown upon booking, I came in to moldy smelling carpet. There was a stain on the front door that looked like someone killed a bug and left it. Gross. Closet door was chipped, the best part was the staff and the hot water. Other than that I don’t plan to revisit this property.

  • Guest：The room was great, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. The check-in and check-out were performed by this great staff without a hitch and very quickly. They called the room a little after we arrived to make sure everything was to our expectations.
