Up in the mountains with beautiful scenery and fresh air. Weather was cooling. Resort was nice and beautiful. However, rooms need a refresh and face-lift. For the price paid, resort needs to be better maintained. We had to change rooms after 2 nights due to back end processing issue. We were not informed beforehand and only told at the resort. Management needs to sort out the 3rd party communication and administration. Apparently this happens often during peak season.

Beautiful little resort up in the mountains of Chiang Mai! The villas were right next to nature yet provided the needed privacy. Food was great and rooms were surprisingly clean. I engaged the hotel for my transfers and half day tour and it was great value with recommendations to nearby local speciality farms. My villa was unfortunately bombarded with falling fruits during rainy nights but that's proof of how the resort blended right into the forest around it.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are all lovely, and there are rabbits and ducks here.

Has become one of my favorite places I've been to this trip, amazing looking villas and well maintained property, also they have good really restaurant. The crab fried rice is amazing.
