I felt safe. The property was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great. There is an outlet and the hairdryer by a mirror, which is very nice. I had a very short stay and it was great. The only downside was they have no luggage carts/trolleys. I had a lot of bags and it was difficult to manage that. So, be ready to haul all of your bags by yourself.

We appreciated cleanliness and the helpful parking staff. Its a clean and safe hotel. The location is convenient to the freeway.

Good hotel, wrong reservation ! Hi ! Something went wrong with my reservation. No problem at all regarding the hotel, nice place. I have got hotel booking confirmation, but when I arrived for check-in, it was no booking at all. I have llose 7 nights for fidelity point. Can you please add 7 night on my account? Thanks

I was booked at ANEW Hotel Roodepoort, initially when I checked in, the card would not work , i went downstairs twice. When I came back from work my hotel room was open (unlocked), I reported to the reception nothing was done. I was very disappointed. I felt my safety being compromised.

The precooked breakfast has been whittled down to the barest minimum. When I started to know in June 2024 the prebacked breakfast was something to look forward to. By nature of my work and sometimes intermittent fasting I don't have time for the normal sit in breakfast. Please review your breakfast pack, it's really no longer statisfying. Overall good value for money. Staff excellent

During a difficult time we needed to spend a couple of nights at Anew Roodepoort. What a wonderful experience, we didn't need to worry about anything and were pleasantly surprised at the neatness and friendliness of the staff. Well done!

My most recent experience at ANEW hotel in Roodepoort was such most certainly worth "AWARDING IT WITH A 5 STAR RATING". THE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AND SERVICE I received this last Saturday. After Checking in- I made my way through the Clean and Refreshing Lobby toward my Room. As I entered into the Room, it was Pristine- I had complimentary Tea and Coffee available for my enjoyment as well as a "Friendly Fresh Fruit" Hamper placed nicely on the coffee table - plastic wrapped around. ANEW Roodepoort, It's Entire Site and Staff compliment - really Made such a Simple Night over ...an Actual Positive and Rewarding experience. Well done to its GM, Charmaine , who has Loyalty from her Team of Staff. Both in Front and Back of House.

房间很不错，乾净衞生，衞生间没有一点异味，早餐也比较丰盛。环境很好，尤其后麪的公园，像人间的世外桃源。很美！吃完饭后麪转转，非常舒服。
