Agree totally with the two recent reviews. Been going to hotel twice a year for a number of years and head back again early Feb. Staff are excellent and we have enjoyed the variety of food available at all meals. Well done the San Antonio team

This a hotel for the elder generation if your young your going to feel like your in a care home They do not cater for children so there’s no chicken nuggets or any other food kids like to eat no kids food station The rooms are so dated The internet is practically non existent If you want a kettle in Your room it’s 14 euros if you want a towel it’s 10 euros If your half board full board It’s 2euro 40 for water It’s 5 euros for a pint of lager that everyone said was watery There isn’t even a water station only at breakfast then they move it so can no longer use it There is a private each but it’s accessible to anyone There are sun lingers but you have to pay 10 euros for them Everything is at a cost And it’s pricey It’s dated The food was good quality the sausages were fantastic However if you get there later they don’t relish the food they had spare ribs on we went down at 8pm and there 2 left I asked for more he said no more and that was that I do t agree Red with that they should of had them on u rip the restaurant closed

We have just returned from an eleven night stay here, and were quite disappointed. The good points are, the location, situated right on the beach, near the end of the strip of Puerto Del Carmen, within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Also fairly close to the airport, so not a long way to travel, when you arrive ( approx 10 minutes in a taxi ) The reception and cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful. The top pool area was lovely overlooking the sea, and sunbeds were plentiful. We stayed in a comfort, sea view room, on the 4th floor, which was very small, dated and shabby, overlooking two derelict tennis courts, where a couple of workmen were sanding and creating dust and noise, during the day. There were marks on the walls in the room , which looked as if insects had been squashed. On entering the small bathroom, it was hard not to walk into the bidet, which was situated right inside the door ( are these really necessary in this day and age! ) There was no kettle in the room, which comes as standard in lesser star hotels. The restaurant was more like a cafeteria, where the breakfast was adequate, but the evening selection was limited and repetitive, and none of the food seemed to coordinate. The rule regarding men having to wear long trousers at dinner after 1st Nov, is archaic! The male staff at the pool bar were rude and unhelpful. We found a much better lunchtime bar over the road, La Terraza. The wifi here is dreadful. Overall this hotel is overpriced, and definitely caters for the older generation, and seems to be stuck in a time warp. Certainly not a 4 star, would rate 2+. We will not return or recommend.

H?tel très bien situé, les pieds dans l'eau, sur la station balnéaire la plus animée de Lanzarote. Très belle surprise, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La prestation all-inclusive est à la hauteur. Les buffets sont abondants, que ce soit au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au d?ner. On ne manque de rien. Les vins locaux sont de très bonne qualité. L'h?tel est très propre et spacieux. Le personnel est très sympathique avec une mention spéciale : - à Lucie à la réception, toujours disponible pour nous aider et nous donner des renseignements en fran?ais..., - à Juan Carlos au restaurant et à Ali au bar, qui ont fait le maximum pour nous satisfaire, toujours avec le sourire et de l'humour. Juste une remarque concernant la salle de sport : beaucoup de matériel HS ou trop ancien, dommage car cela agit sur la note finale. Ce serait bien de faire un effort sur ce sujet car c'est un critère important dans le choix d'un h?tel, en tout cas pour les sportifs.

Hotel molto grande ,però un po vecchio sarebbe da ristrutturare, considerando che noi abbiamo preso una camera doppia premium,niente di che. Personale al ristorante molto attento e cordiale, la colazione spettacolare, il pranzo scadente, mentre la cena ottima ,sempre tantissime scelte anche se poi risultano ripetitive. Camere pulite. Voglio dare però una recensione negativa alle donne della reception ( escludendo alcune ) perché sono state poco cordiali. Conclusione avendo passato veramente poco in Hotel posso dire accettabile per una appoggio ,considerando che noi abbiamo passato il nostro tempo girando Lanzarote

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo grosso hotel (che ha appena festeggiato il 50esimo anno!) ad ottobre per una vacanza in famiglia con i nonni di mia figlia. Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere vista mare. La nostra camera, composta da letto matrimoniale e uno per nostra figlia, era ampia e confortevole. C'era un tavolino con due piccole sedie per lei, in cui a giocato e colorato molto! Un bel balconcino un divanetto per rilassarsi. L'hotel dispone di una piscina bassa per bimbi, vicino ad un parco giochi. Ci sono poi altre due piscine, una in particolare di facile accesso a persone con scarsa mobilità. Tutto facilmente accessibile alle carrozzine. C'è poi un accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile ovunque. Ogni sera al buffet viene proposta anche una piccola selezione di piatti etnici a rotazione (esempio: cinese, messicano, giapponese, ecc). La pulizia é impeccabile ovunque. Il personale è molto gentile.

Excelente, muy limpio, comida en cantidad y variada , personal fantástico, solamente un camarero del comedor del desayuno muy antipático y chulo, pero el restó son muy attentos y amables. Vinimos a festejar nuestras bodas de oro y nos agasajaron con una botella de champán, ay una parada de autobús en frente del hotel que te llevan a muchos sitios. Esperamos volver muy pronto.

Het hotel zelf, het eten, de avond animatie allemaal prima. Maar de schoonmaak van de openbare wc's is niet best. Vies en vaak geen wc papier. Zwembad handdoeken zijn er vaak niet en wanneer ze er dan eindelijk zijn is het een bedroevende kwaliteit. Thuis durf ik ze niet eens te bewaren om de grond mee te dweilen. Het (standaard) antwoord bij de receptie. Sorry!? Er wordt dus niet aan gedaan. En alvast inleveren met de kans dat je dan de andere geen handboek hebt? Nee dus Jammer omdat de rest prima is.

We stayed here for 2 weeks half board. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the hotel had many positives and negatives. The hotel although slightly dated, very clean. It’s in an ideal location. All staff we found very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The food was of an excellent choice however we found either luke warm or cold on many occasions. Lids on the food would be ideal. Dining room becomes very very busy and some sort of organisation could prevent people bumping into each etc. People with mobility trolleys or aids were struggling through dining tables. Maybe an area made more accessible for people with aids would be helpful for them. The hotel was very busy and sometimes we did find it difficult to get a bed around the pool if we weren’t down before 10. Evening entertainment was slightly cheesy however suited the older clientele. My only major complaint, although we were half board, we weren’t entitled to food on our last day apart from our breakfast. We weren’t leaving the hotel until 6. I tried to change dinner for lunch but was informed because we weren’t all inclusive, we would need to pay. Although we enjoyed the hotel, we wouldn’t stay again. It is for the older clientele even although we are in our 50’s!

Just returned from 11 nights all inclusive. We return each year with the parents and have been 5 times as we love this place. The service is very good and the all inclusive is brilliant both in terms of food options and alcohol all branded and very generous I would highly recommend. The hotel is old fashioned and that is its appeal it’s so traditional it’s lovely. It’s really busy and great atmosphere. The only thing I would say is that certain things are in need of repair to keep it great. The waterfall hasn’t been repaired for years and I was really dissapointed with the gym this year - I use it each time we come but most equipment is dated and some have broken such as the treadmill, cross trainer and weights- it’s worth just servicing them to ensure guests can use. The machines that are broken can still be used but don’t work properly and the treadmill was very dangerous and no sign on it. The cleaning has always been very good but for 3/4 days it’s was bad in our room - not sure if the cleaner was new or had a bad day. One day we came back the room and had no towels at all. We went to bed and asked her for some the next day when she was outside but she was rude and told us to wait until the room was cleaned- after arguing we reluctantly got 1 towel until the room had been cleaned. Bed sheets were rarely changed too. This was a real shame. We will return but hope that maintenance and cleaning can be addressed in terms of feedback. Oh the aqua aerobics and beach bowels wee great fun !
