The location is very near the metro station and the centre. The room is clean and perfect. The breakfast is very delicious.

地理位置很好，但是房间装修比较陈旧。我们订了三天住宿，最后一天由于设备故障，整个楼栋都没有热水。另外不知道是不是房间衞生没有做好，睡完觉脖子貌似被蝨蚤咬了，都是红疙瘩。

Bathroom was updated, big room with high ceilings, continental breakfast had few choices & not fresh, elevator is very small & slow, location is a bit of the beaten path, dirty area of Lisbon.

Hotel parking was part occupation of non-visitors cars. Hotel personal doesn’t care about it..Poor ? breakfast.

The hotel itself is in a great location and is well taken care of. Staff is friendly and helpful, yet not very direct. As on trip shown, I’ve asked for the laundry service, which doesn’t actually exist, yet I’ve been repeatedly told that they would “check”, next time just tell me that I should do it somewhere outside (place to do so not far away). During one very hot day there were repeated power outages, but once it calmed down a little it was all good. I would definitely recommend this hotel, price/service/location just fit perfectly.

The lobby bathroom had someones unflushed poop
and befire checking out i found a infestation of bugs near the window, Very unclean

Um hotel com potencialidade para ser excelente no entanto está com muita falta de manuten??o. S?o pequenas coisas que sendo fáceis de arranjar dá a sensa??o de desmazelo.
O pequeno almo?o é muito fraquinho com funcionárias que podiam estar mais cuidadas.
N?o fiquei com vontade de repetir.
é uma pena porque a localiza??o é muito boa.

El hotel una belleza. La habitación impecable, cómoda y moderna.
Todo muy bien dispuesto. Incluso una cafetera en la habitación que fue un lujo después de largas caminatas.
El ba?o impecable, muy limpio todo y excel3nte servicio. Recomiendo mil veces. Volvería sin dudarlo!
