Tres jolie decouverte ! Au risque de paraphraser les autres commentaires, nous avons apprécié notre passage imprévu dans cet h?tel très agréable et à l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Seul bémol, lié à l'emplacement central, est la.possible difficulté à se garer. Sinon ... que du bonheur ! Chambre tres bien tenue, jolie déco, petit dej sympa. A recommander sans hésitation.

Wonderful small hotel a short walk from the train station. The owner and his partner are charming gents. The hotel is very cute. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The location is close to many of the attractions and is situated in a quiet area.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour au sein de cet h?tel : la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, la salle de bain également, le buffet du petit déjeuner très copieux, l accueil et le service : soignés. Il est parfaitement situé au centre de Vichy

What a lovely experience I had here. The Arverna provides topnotch service, a quiet yet very convenient location (I never needed to use my car, just walked everywhere), and a beautiful garden patio where I enjoyed breakfast among the flowers. The hosts were kind and attentive, with excellent restaurant recommendations for me. They even surprised me with a gift on my birthday! I'll go back to Vichy...not just for the waters, but to stay here again.

This was our third stay in this great hotel. A friendly welcome, comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need for a good stay and a great breakfast. Look forward to our next visit. Very reasonable car parking available a short walk away or on the street outside the hotel.

The perfect hotel, The guys that run the hotel are amazing, fabulous service. Rooms are immaculate , everything has been beautifully designed and carefully thought out. The garden is so pretty with a terrace and plants. The owners can’t do enough to help you. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. Funky art and furniture everywhere. We loved it. Fantastic helpful and personal service. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend it, wish we were staying longer.

Once in a while you find a hotel that gets everything right. What an absolute gem. Great people, tastefully decorated, big clean rooms. Just perfect. Very very highly recommended. There's a multistorey carpark nearby as well. I just love the place.
