  • Guest：We booked 2 rooms, the grand suit and a king deluxe as a family. My family from the UAE and I enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great and rooms were clean with all complementary and room service were so welcoming and helpful. Kids had fun as well but they were devastated as the pool was closed. overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again for sure.
  • Guest：Yesturday , me and my wife had our lunch at Miral restaurant which my wife recommended unfortunately , used to be calked Istanbul restaurant , salad bar was fine, dessert section was excellent , but unfortunately some of main course dishes were salty, hard, not warm enough , very simple old menu dishes, nothing fancy or special , and the worst experience with the staff , delay in serving drinks, delay in serving coffee, ignoring our request for cutlery, i had to leave my table my lunch and ask for it , we finished our lunch , the staff ignored removing the plates although they can see the plates on the side of the table, we asked for juice , they said only 2 kind is available , later we found its 4 kind of fresh juice i still can't understand why that african staff was ignoring us , we askes for straws , we were ignored, i had to get them myself . Bad food, bad service , all this happened although the resturant was not full. We complained , a Lebanese lady , Mrs Heba took our complaint and promised she will deal with this matter .Anyway , It was an experience we will not repeat nor recommend .
