I was in the hotel for 4 nights. The owner was so nice. He gave us tips for our vacation. His food was very good (the best Kottu). The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very modern.

After three weeks in Sri Lanka and many places visited, I can say that W1 Ella Resort was the most beautiful and best place we stayed in. The apartament is close to the center, but you don't feel it at all because of the amazing views and silence (not counting the sounds of animals). It’s great to stay there while visiting Ella and Haputale. It’s really magical place with the nicest staff in the world! I recommend it with all my heart and hope to be back soon ??

We spent 5 days there and we got a real taste of the care and love that those who work there put every single day into this. We wish we could have stayed longer. We loved everying: from the cleanliness of the place to the wonderful meals that the manager kindly prepared for us at any time of the day. Not only is he a professional chef, but the passion he puts into the service he provides made our stay unique. A special mention to him for how he treated and took care of us. The place is a little corner of paradise and it’s perfect for anyone who wants to get out of the traffic and enjoy peace and quiet while still being able to reach the centre in a short time. It was also perfect to work remotely, the Wi-Fi is reliable and even if there were power cuts once in a while, our phone signal covered them. The manager and his trainee have gone above and beyond our expectations. This wonderful place made us feel at home and we would definitely be back in the future.??
