All thr staff were pollite and very helpful especially james, great facilities even and escape room

Evening entertainment good. Room clean. Amazing view. Shower scolding hot so couldnt use. Hair dryer burned and smoked. Fire alarm did not go off and there was mouldy bread at breakfast.

The Jubillee Hotel is a huge star in Weymouth for me, the Rooms are fantastic with great amenities and staff that always help with any queries, happy to help guests with anything they need during their stay, the family atmosphere is very welcoming and down to earth, I was made to feel like a part of this hotel community and would highly recommend staying if you are visiting Weymouth for pleasure or buisness. There are also great entertainment options with a range of different rooms for each activity such as darts room, karaoke booths, spa treatment (out of this world massages), excellent menus of food which is mouth watering just from the smell alone, they also help locals in the community in a variety of ways. Thank you to the owners and staff for such a wonderful experience it’s been a pleasure to meet and spend time with everyone guests included.

No area to sit and relax, talk, enjoy a drink,bar always busy and noisy,all activities had a cost

My room was basically a cupboard asked to move but was told no mattress was terrible dirty and springs coming threw i complained was given a different mattress was just as bad was so uncomfortable had to sleep in the floor for part of the night shower temperature couldnt go diwn so was boiling hot and wike up with 9 insect bites all over my body

They are really friendy when we did arrived , the room was very clean , and the view of oir room was brilliant sea view. Absolutely price was great so defo book it again . Recommended ??

Although the reception staff were lovely and the room was clean the mattress died a long time ago and the noise at night (traffic and loud music from the bar until 1 am) did not make for a restful stay.

Some of the staff was very helpful, had a bad experience at the restaurant my table was not clean so requested if they could help me, the staff member gives me a duster and I had to clean it on my own, No cleaning was done of the room on the next day as my bins were full and no towels were refreshed and so I had to request to do so, and soon it was done. Had requested for a room with sea view they replied that it was not available didn’t give any options and there was no reply for the note I had sent to them..
