Nice staff, spacious room and great spa bath. Unfortunately the people above us were very noisy and there was no conditioner in the bathroom. The bathroom door was covered in sellotape which wasn’t very nice.

The manager was very good. We had a few hiccups - the first room had an air conditioning problem and we were promptly moved to another room. They have only recently taken over the motel and are doing well.

Would be a 3.5 star if we could. Great friendly and helpful. Daughter loved the pool. Location was great with supermarket around the corner. 2 Bdroom Unit (No5) had everything we needed. Only downside was the fridge freezer was old and didnt really keep things cold. Needed repair. We advised them of this on checkout. Otherwise it was fine for a 2 day stay.

订的是二人房，入住的是有两间房间的，互不打扰挺好的，厨房设备齐全实用，停车方便免费，适合自驾游旅行，有机会再入住吧

We arrived early & our room was not ready but the very helpful manager quickly allocated us an alternative room so we could unload our luggage before going to a funeral, which was much appreciated. Although designated as a studio room it was really spacious, very clean & comfortable.

Older style but definitely had everything we needed... nice and clean and honestly one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in at a motel/hotel... would happily stay again

Room was in great condition. Perfect space for our family for our 3 day getaway. Spa was amazing. Great communication from staff around late check in and hassle free check out. Will visit again next time were up from wellington.

Prior to booking I read the reviews saying this place was clean ... uummm used face cloth hanging on shower head . rubish bin in kitchen not emptied. toilet seat not clean but had tag on saying was done. Otherwise was room clean. Enjoyed our stay in Napier

Loved the place. Comfortable bed and a nice shower. Clean, efficient rooms with efficient and helpful staff. Kitchen facilities were good. Parking was easily available and that was a big plus.

Room was clean and tidy. Nice and spacious and fairly childproof which was great as I had my special needs child with me. Awesome the shower rose could be moved to wash child also.
