个人觉得蛮安全的，进去住宿前需要双重输入密码和刷卡才能进。柜枱阿婆也很友好，总体下来体验感赞赞

地理位置挺好，走路就能到车站，靠近商业区，旅游啥的很方便，基本不用花交通费了，附近好吃的挺多，去哪都方便，前台很热心，还会提醒注意小偷，不会英语也ok，但是房间挺差的，像民宿一样，房间安排的是一个竖着的房间，两张床像大学宿舍一样摆放，很奇怪，房间也不暖和，衞生间也很小，房间有一股奇怪的味道

The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the Santa Maria Novella Station. Lift is available to go upstairs. The room is quite alike with the city environment. The room is very clean. The showering space is one-men-fit size. The water is powerful and warm enough for winter. However, there is a hole on the ceiling which I believe is left from the renovation work. I think some of the visitors may be concerned of the hole due to someone may possibly put cameras in it. Overall, the room is quite good.

Hotel is very conveniently located 2 mins from Florence Santa Maria Novella station. Rooms are very clean and staff helpful. They alsomallowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Very happy with the stay and will book again if coming to Florence.
