Posto carino e curato, personale gentilissimo e amichevole. Le camere belle e spaziose, arredate con cura. Unica pecca (stanze nel piano inferiore) molto umide, pavimento la mattina era bagnato, odore forte di chiuso e dal bagno usciva puzza di fogna intenso che purtroppo nonostante abbia chiuso la porta del bagno, l’odore rimaneva nella stanza. Peccato! Se migliorassero queste cose sarebbe top. Le stanze al piano superiore sono bellissime e ben arieggiate.

We had a long stay at Casa Azul Maya (upper floor) in November. We had stayed there before so had a good idea what to expect. Like others say, you are not on the main road, so golf cart and other noise is generally fine. The rooms are spacious with good hanging space, bed is comfortable. Kitchen area is a little cramped, but made up for with generous amounts of drinking water, coffee, percolator, filter papers, microwave, fridge, etc. Bathroom is kept well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner & towels. The wifi can be a bit sketchy, and they were trying to make improvements while we were there. It is very easy to walk across to the north coast beach/coastal walk or catch the 20peso/1usd bus to town or Chedraui supermarket. We had great daily breakfasts opting for Loretta's, conveniently situated across the road, as we liked the food, ambience and the staff over there. The staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful, particularly Angel and Geo in reception and Lorena in housekeeping, who made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you

Sehr sch?ne Unterkunft Sch?ne Unterkunft im ruhiger gelegenen Süden der Insel. Wir hatten ein gro?es, sauberes Zimmer und waren damit voll zufrieden. Das Frühstück im Beachclub war gut mit hervorragender Aussicht.

Angel gave us a spacious room with fresh linen, checking in was quick and friendly. The room was a cress from Kin Haa which is included in your stay. You get to swim, kids use the slide, kayak, snorkel, and an amazing breakfast was included each day. Stunning blue water and swings in the water, busy but not over crowded. We had a quiet sleep and it’s easy to catch a taxi into town. Check out was smooth, housekeeping did an awesome job at cleaning our room and you get fluffy blue beach towels! Highly recommend this place, it has all you need in terms of location and pretty water with activities!

there was party music about 10:30 pm last night nearby. Beside that, everything was good.

Website misleading in stating pool and private beach in property amenities. There is not. There is a pool and beach at public beachclub across street. Liked the quiet location and on bus route.

Casa Azul Maya is a beautiful little hotel located on the south end of Isla. The room was clean and the amenities were perfect. The included breakfast at Kin Ha is a big plus. Check in was so easy! Angel, the receptionist, was so kind and made the experience that much better. We loved our stay here!

LOVELY staff - reception so helpful! Room was nice and big. However, the windows let people look into all the rooms so impact privacy. Also the smell of sewage on the street was bad occasionally due to poor drainage / infrastructure. Also the breakfast was at a separate partner restaurant Kin Ha and limited choice (only black or white coffee and no juice and menu limited and food only ok). Much better food and location / view at Maya beach club.

We really enjoyed our stay. Have been to Isla many times, but this was our first time staying South Island. Our room was comfortable and roomy with many extras. Bonus was having a free breakfast at the affiliated KinHa Beach Club, where you can also spend the day enjoying the loungers and water toys. Several very good restaurants within a short walk. The whole area had a nice vibe and very chill. Highly recommend.
