I just loved it. The staff very nice, the property is like from fairytale. Very clean, makes you feel amazing! Do not get me wrong, this is not a 4 or 5 * hotel. It is I believe family runned B&B. The room is very light with 3 windows, double bed, tv and private bathroom. All very clean. I had really good sleep! Highly recommend! Thank you! Jakub

The hotel is in an excellent location. In the centre of town with many restaurants nearby. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, happy to provide early breakfast for early day trips. A homely breakfast with fresh eggs on request. Spacious bright room.

Lage top. Aber sehr kleine Zimmer mit noch kleineren Betten. Ein Doppelbett hat knapp 1,40 Breite. Koffer irgendwo ?ffnen? Fehlanzeige, nur auf dem Bett. Am 2. Morgen lag der Schlüsselbund mit s?mtlichen Zimmerschlüsseln inkl. Safe-Master offen auf einem Regal im 1. Stock. Die Reinigungskraft hatte ihn vergessen. Sehr sicher... Ich brachte die vllt 20 Schlüsssel an die Rezeptipn, was man lustig fand...

The Weiserhous was clean and orderly and staff was very helpful. I would like to particularly note the kindness and generosity of a young woman managing the front desk, who was planning a trip to Germany with her husband. When she received a complaint about the taxi service, she offered to pay the service herself. An offer we rejected; but, when she understood we would be two dollars short of the fee I accepted her two dollars not understanding and was grateful to arrive at the airport with the exact fee the driver requested which greatly simplified the transaction.

Hotel peque?o atendido por sus due?os y muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro. Tiene estacionamiento mas bien peque?o pero suficiente. Las habitaciones son confortables y espaciosas. La construcción es más bien antigua al estilo de la zona y ha sido ampliada siguiendo el estilo. El desayuno es razonable. La relación precio calidad está bien, vale su ubicación cerca de todo sin tener que usar el vehículo.

Bem localizado, no centro, pousada pequena, familiar e confortável. O staff é muito prestativo e acolhedor. O quarto era confortável mas simples , sem frigobar e sem ar condicionado ou ventilador. Café da manh? simples, poucas op??es e variedade.

Es un hotel en una casa antigua, muy bien conservada. Lo bueno: es muy limpio, bien ubicado y el desayuno muy rico. Lo malo: las piezas son chcas, se escucha todo y la ducha es muy muy peque?a. Como es una casa de madera antigua, si alguien camina, se escucha todo.

Precisava de um hotel que fosse bem no centro de Puerto Varas e por isso escolhi o Weisserhaus. Ele n?o tem vista bonita, mas tem tudo perto a pé. Estava limpo e eu e meu marido fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto era bom e limpo, o banheiro pequeno mas limpo também. O café da manh? era muito bom.

This hotel is described as charming. Try “aging”. On the positive side, its location is great, nights were quiet, and it’s small and friendly. Family run. But the rooms are very small, with minimum comfort. Everything looks old and worn. Breakfast ok. View from room terrible.
