Guest：The check in process was complicated and frustrating. We turned up and followed instructions. The key was not in the box where they said it was. After a lengthy phone call, it was determined someone would give us the key who was inside the property. Turns out, it was a painter who was painting the apartment so we had to wait until he was finished. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and I subsequently cut my foot on a sharp edge. The listing stated there were 2 beds, one of which was a pull out couch in the main living area. OK, except that the sink tap dripped constantly making it hard to sleep. There was an iron but no ironing board. The front door was flimsy and we could hear every single noise coming from the stairs and adjoining apartments. There was also no air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all. The staff on the phone ignored me after I asked for a discount due to the apartment not being available at the time (because of painting). They kept me on hold. I hung up and called back but my call was never answered.

Guest：Location was what we wanted, it was a apartment which was nice as we had lots of room. Beds were very old, uncomfortable and noticed major amount of brown stains on my mattress. The owners need to do some repairs as the floor in rotten in kitchen and shower nozzle is barely hanging on the wall.

Guest：only closeness, it is not even worth a 30$ a night, no AC and you can't open windows due to bugs... backyard is scary. check in is a night mare.

Guest：Decent and close to Heatrow. Location is good. I had a nice big apartment, clean, basic but all in. I will go again for sure.
