it was a really good hotel for 2-3 nights stay during trip in Switzerland. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff in reception was very polite, smiling and helpful. Very good breakfast. Nice view from the balcony. Good location - close to car lifts, ferry, restaurants. The only one minus - wi-fi did not work one day. But it was not a big problem. Thanks for nice stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. As stated before because of no A/C the room was very hot . Had to sleep with window open and the street was very noisy . Location of hotel and view from room- excellent! Restaurants no better or worse that on most holidays . Pretty basic fayre All told we had a lovely stay- I found a lovely quiet place to swim ( little garden) up the street past Beau Rivage ) steps etc so suitable for all ages . Lake beautiful temperature for swimming
