Just excellent Excellent stay in a unique and enjoyable apartment hotel The perfect 21st answer to AirBnB . More locations should follow the Demo Hotel model

Stayed for 4days in May 25 A fascinating concept and great stay. The whole staff free hotel concept ( albeit with the manager on site ) with every suite unique and full of fun ideas that any hotel could take up was great fun . Free drinks (including the bar) on site laundry , relaxing shared space , reams of information available if you need /want it is a brilliant answer to Air BnB if you want to travel independently Good value to boot. Room (Tropicana) was great , superbly quiet , very spacious and hugely comfortable . I would have no hesitation a) returning and b) recommending it to anyone . More places like this would be brilliant.

As an American who takes trips to Europe 2-3 times a year over the past 15 years, this was the best, most fun, well appointed, clean boutique hotel I have stayed in. I went off season, so the price was super affordable for such a large sunny room with a huge bathroom and 3 balconies. There were even emergency teddy bears for insomnia. The beach was a block away. Great Fun Stay.

My one night stay was very comfortable - the rooms are excellent. I have stayed before at this hotel and was happy to return.

It’s an incredible place with great design, very warm and helpful host, close to the nice cozy beach and with private secured free parking! On the second floor you can find ice-maker machine. It’s the best I’ve ever seen. It was so useful in a hot summer season
