Hotel was great, beds comfortable, drinks and and desserts amazing at the restaurant/bar. Staff very nice and helpful. We never had to wait long for our car from valet. It’s super cute and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great and actually an affordable stay during the Christmas season. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean, modern, and felt quite new. Overall, it was a really great experience for our family and cocker spaniel, who was lovingly spoiled from the staff. One thing to be aware of is that the parking around the hotel felt a bit sketchy and was not ideal to overnight park. Because of that, we decided to use the valet service, which was absolutely worth the money and made us feel much more comfortable. Super pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return again!

Room was spotless, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Great location for walking downtown to grab drinks or dinner. We will absolutely stay again.

The building is unique and interesting. The room was beautiful! The shower was great. Bed comfy with nice bedding. Convenient location to most bars and downtown activities! Parking was a bit frustrating, and valet costed extra. Staff were all kind and informative, professional. A great experience.

The staff was soooo nice to talk to! I think there was a girl named Neva or Nyla and she was so friendly and sweet.

Outstanding Customer Service The good, the employees were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Our room was fairly clean and spacious. The only downside is the trains that pass throughout the night. I did overlook that our room did not come with a fridge or a microwave, that is 100% my mistake for not noticing that beforehand. They do have a microwave in the lobby. The staff being so nice made up for the lack of amenities in our room.
