Everything was nice, just the phone in the room never worked, bathroom cabinet was broken and the towels were got at the beginning of our stay had a disgusting stain on them.

前台服务以及整个的管理团队非常烂！我在很早之前就定了这家酒店，因为休斯顿有大型演唱会害怕难定。演出开始前一个月看到价格下来了取消重新定了（这也合情合理）。後来当天飞机延误了，导致我们凌晨1点才去check in，酒店前台查看了我们的订单号，一开始説找不到，到後来説我们自己取消了，一直不让入住。好在有携程客服帮忙，了解下来：我们定的价格太便宜，其他入住的客人一晚上付了300??而我们只付了200??，甚至其言今天没有多余的房间。我们再问他重新定多少钱，他又説需要付款500??。真是前後矛盾。 更可笑的是，在我们焦头烂额在大堂等待之际，他联系经理後又説可以帮我们安排双床房，一进去之後乱七八糟根本没理过（图1）。我们拎着行李後返回前台反应情况後，説可以帮我们看看有没有今晚客人没来的vip房间，安排後发现竟然就是我们原本定的大床房，没有任何变化……（图2、3）一通操作，我们本来想换酒店的，也是被折磨得累得半死就这样了。 不过还是很感谢携程一直很耐心地帮我们联系酒店、查看附近可以入住的酒店??下次还用携程！

Our room didn't get serviced satisfactorily during our stay. ?Beds were not made; used washcloth left in the shower; ?towels, washcloths not replenished.

The room was very spacious not small plenty of room for me and my teenager son. He loved the options that room service offered and the amenities. I will be looking fwd to book this place for our future Houston concerts.

First time going to Houston and Blossom Hotel was the best choice, you can go to the NRG Stadium by foot, also to Hermann park, it’s very convenient and the services is impecable it’s excellent, I’ll be coming back to Houston and hopefully to Blossom Hotel too
