Such a great stay at the premier inn on duke street. Emily greeted us at reception and was very welcoming. Rooms are smashing and everything as expected.

Lovely attentive staff (Emily and Kyra). Nice greeting at reception. Clean hotel and room. Really helpful and friendly behind the bar.

Kyra and Emily were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great with friendly staff. Good location would highly recommend. No complaints!

Very pleasant young lady on the reception today . Very welcoming. Although the restaurant had just closed when I got there. She made me a nice cuppa tea. Thank_you . Her name was Emily.

Stayed here for a couple of days and found this hotel to be very conveniently located. It was quiet and staff were really friendly. The hotel was also very clean and smelt lovely. Bed was comfy- but pillows not so much. I still had a great stay though. Would definitely stay again.
