Very pleasant young lady on the reception today . Very welcoming. Although the restaurant had just closed when I got there. She made me a nice cuppa tea. Thank_you . Her name was Emily.

Stayed here for a couple of days and found this hotel to be very conveniently located. It was quiet and staff were really friendly. The hotel was also very clean and smelt lovely. Bed was comfy- but pillows not so much. I still had a great stay though. Would definitely stay again.

The Premier Plus room lived up to expectations. Very good location right in the centre of Norwich close to cafes bars and restaurants but quiet even with the windows open at night. Room, very clean with plenty of hot water. Fridge and iron and bottles of water in the room. Good value for money. Nice decor.

We’ve always had good experiences with Premier inn and have stayed many times at the Duke Street hotel in Norwich. We encountered a small frustrating problem of booking in at reception where they couldn’t find our details or the request for an earlier check-in, on this visit

Arrive 14-20, told couldn’t have room until1500 , unless we paid ￡15 stayed in premier inns all over England , never had this before, usually staff very obliging,not the case here, very abrupt , this is on a Thursday afternoon . Ridiculous, go air b& b from now on, fxxx premier inns

After dropping my daughter off I was in the unfortunate position of my car refusing to start. Had to call RAC then informed Reception. They were brilliant offering tea water and chips - i am diabetic so needed it! I wasn't a guest but as a woman alone I was safe. They went above and beyond in checking I was ok. As RAC callout ventured to 10pm til midnight I had to stay the night. But best customer service ever by Kyra and Peter. Gold standard.

We stayed for a weekend, and it was a convenient location for the centre of Norwich, e.g. Cathedral, The Castle art gallery and buses. Stupidly I left behind a pair of wireless earbuds, but fortunately they were labelled with my name and address. Before I got around to phoning them, Sarah phoned me and I sent a stamped addressed envelope for return, so I now have them again. We also had a drink and hot dessert there on the cold Saturday night,and breakfast in the Premier Inn is always good value and consistent quality.

Very convenient for the city centre. The independent cafes & restaurants of St Benedicts are very close. WiFi isn't great, but the hotel is clean, warm and well soundproofed. You don't really use a Premier Inn for more than sleeping and this is fine. Duke St car park is next door for an additional charge
