Clean well maintained comfortable units

The overall property was nice and intial communication was good and the location is great. However our particular apartment was very dated and not clean. Blankets were old and screwed up in cupboards not even folded. There were lollies on the floor in the lounge room and the blinds and fans were extremely dusty. The cleaners were waiting outside our room from at least 8.30am (for a 10am checkout time) and even asked us what time we were checking out so they could enter which we found extremely rude.

Fabulous stay. Extremely well equipped apartment...even had weighing scales! 2 bed 2 bath and very spacious. Very comfortable and a real home from home. Helpful, friendly reception. Pleasant pool and BBQ area. Main Beach is a very upmarket area and Tedder Avenue is the main drag and literally minutes from the apartment, as is the beach in the other direction. It's about a 30 minute flat, paved walk along the beach path to Surfers Paradise. The location was perfect. It was relatively quiet although there is a major building project just down the road that looks like it will be ongoing for a while yet. However you don't expect to come to the Gold Coast without finding active building projects!! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Whilst our apartment was the right fit for our adult family, the cleanliness could have been better, with clothes left in the washing machine and dryer and a big liquid spill under the lounge which we found when we were cleaning before we left. And the microwave was dirty inside.
A big disappointment was the renovation/construction noise in the apartment above from 8am until at least 4pm, lots of drilling, grinding, cutting and banging noises. One day we still heard noise at 5.30pm. When we enquired about the noise we were told that they had been given approval from the committee to do renovations and could only work between 8am and 4pm, which wasn’t ideal when we had booked for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We should have been told about this before we booked as we would have chosen somewhere else to stay.
Another air conditioner in the sleeping area is needed as the bedrooms are too hot to sleep in at night.

Really nice stay. The unit was comfortable as was the bed & pillows. Location was great. Love the little outdoor patio & nice view of the garden & pool. Lovely staff at check in & check out. Felt very safe there.

We love Chidori Court. Perfect location, very quiet and close to all amenities. Especially like restaurants on Tedder Avenue. Plenty to choose from. Room comfortable, everything you need, and lovely comfy beds. Excellent secure car park. George and Stacey excellent hosts. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

An excellent place to stay at Main Beach. Close to everything you need. Dining out, shopping, the beach. Beautiful pool with shaded and sunny areas. Well maintained property. Units are spacious and comfortable. George and Stacey are excellent managers/hosts. Will be returning for our third visit in a few days.
