Notice each day the room was dusty.
Housekeeping was scheduled twice during our lodging.
I wipe down night stands & dresser & little dine table.

We would return for the comfort and cleanliness of the room, ease of parking and location. However, the wireless signal was not adequate to work, which we needed to do, and the cell reception was poor. The $30 parking charge - to park in a lot in front of the room - was not disclosed. I know this sounds petty but the coffee set up was hard to figure out and tasted bad; maybe try a Keurig.

Be ready to pay for parking per vehicle per day. Pools are very busy but good for families. Other than that the stay was good. Property amenities are good for snowbirds, families, and group trips.

We had drinks at Guiseppe's one day, it was very good.
We played golf one day at the Shadow Ridge course, and it was in excellent shape. Room was clean, no issues. Limited interaction with staff, but they were friendly and helpful

Room was very nice and spacious. Perfect for our stay. We chose this hotel because of its location. We had a concert to attend at Acrisure Arena, only about 3 miles away. It was perfect.

Constant noise and privacy issues as the hotel placed a split group on both sides of my room. For hours this split party used my patio as a walk way and a hangout between the two rooms. This group hung out and stared into our room and living space. Security came to address however only told me and my family to not engage with them only to call them if it proceeded. Well, it proceeded for the duration of my stay. Hotel offered no solution to the issue. It is unlikely I’ll return. The way the property handled the situation is as poor. For the price, I’ll book elsewhere for my families privacy.

Amazing!
Loved our stay. Had great time at the pools.
We somehow ended up with a handicap suite which was fine but the showers because it is a handicap suite or capable for wheelchair entry which just makes the water go everywhere. One of us fell in slipped.

Wasn’t the best stay.
We stay at Shadow Ridge every year. This trip is the first time we had to pay for parking and they charged if you called for more towels. Front desk said the room would be cleaned on Xth. No one came. The in room safe didn’t work. On the last night of our stay there was a mouse in the room. When we packing our car on the last day the cleaning cart and trash cart was parked right in front of our room. It’s was so disheartening.
