Absolutely amazing customer service from Andrea who was on the late shift. Really helped us out by booking a room so late after being rejected by travel lodge. She very polite kind and understanding

I had a really great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham, and a big thank you to Fabiana. She was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and even took the time to help us sort and pay for parking, which made things so much easier after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, but Fabiana’s warmth and professionalism really stood out. A real credit to the hotel, I’d happily stay here again.

朝早い到着でしたが荷物を预かって顶いて助かりました。鉄道駅からは远いですが近くにバス停がありそこまで不便には感じなかったです。

A very bad experience first time in my life for staying in hotel on 27/10/2025. Room completely no air to breathe, AC and fan broken not working after contacting receptionist said it will work within 3 hours.
Paid extra for breakfast but unfortunately when children woke up in excitement and got ready for breakfast receptionist said sorry today the restaurant is closed and we will refund the amount unbelievable I was shocked what to say…
The most upsetting is that I haven’t received the compensation or refund for the breakfast even after contacting and emailing the Dagenham hotel and customer service but sometimes ignoring or never resolved.
Not recommended at all and now is November 25 but I still haven’t received the breakfast refund can’t wait anymore.
I’m asking the trip.com to step in and get my compensation and resolve this matter.

Second time in three months I've stayed here and once again I've no complaints! The rooms are impeccable with everything you need. Ryan the chefs food was perfect every day served with a smile a manners by the bucket load. And Chantel on bar and restaurant was very welcoming, helpful and efficient

I have stayed in this TL a number of times over the years. And I’m sorry to say it has become a transit zone for immigrants who think they’re deserve a free ride from a once great country. I quote “ I deserve a house the .council put me in here for free with my family until I get a house” these people don’t work most can’t speak English.. This isn’t a one off ,the hotel has some genuine residences who have had some bad times people who have worked hard and paid into the system not free loaders. I work seven days a week employ hardworking people who work to support their families and it sickens me to see this scrounges who think they there deserve free handouts whilst genuine people who where born here struggle. It’s nothing but an absolute disgrace. And in the morning’s when I see ,the hardworking staff spoken to and treated like rubbish whilst these free loaders eat their free breakfast sickens me . This once good TL is being dragged down into the gutter by these people (80% who don’t even speak English) is a tragedy and absolute disgrace. This will be the last block booking I will be making here I don’t think my stomach can take it anymore.

No heating or space heaters provided in the room , the temperature outside of the hotel is just aboe freezing, someone has left the window open , the air conditioning is not working yet at reception there is a sign saying every room has a space heater , obviously this is not the case as mine and my colleague who is in a different room have not been provided one , when at reception I asked for a heater the reply was that they didn't have any for a certain amount of rooms , this is just not acceptable in this weather ,

I have stay in Travelodge Dagenham with my daughter for 7 months.The ladies at the reception has been exceptionally helpful and friendly especially Roselyn,Temi,Gul.The ladies at the breakfast time have been professional especially Ida, their food is always hot and freshly made which makes it always delicious.The housekeepers have been so efficient in their cleaning as the room are always clean and bedsheets laid nicely.-The bar is always lit any ready to serve at all time .Shout out to Ryan ,Chantel,kayla for great service at all time.
