Great service Chantel booked us in with extra help and guidance very good behind bar and ordering food, rooms were very clean tidy, Ago was good bringing our food and ver helpful and perfect meal. Thanks a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would especially like to thank Ms. Gülseren at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her positive attitude truly made a difference and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Exceptional service!

Amazing stay, the beautiful lady in the reception named Gulseren was very very helpful. She was always happy to help and smiling in whenever we met. Lovely person she is.

Location is very practical because you have entertainment outside of the hotel such as the cinema, the atmosphere is great such lovely staff, rooms really nice

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, with my sister, and the service from the staff has always been consistent. On my most recent stay, Sharell was pleasant, polite, very attentive to my requests and helpful. Michela, a very pleasant lady at reception too, is always ready to help and a breath of fresh air. The ladies in housekeeping, Angela and Elena were very lovely and accommodating. They made sure my room was fresh, during my stay.

The person at the hotel reception was friendly and helpful, and the hotel, and room were clean and tidy. However, the Brewers Fayre adjacent to the hotel was poor compared to others I have used when staying at Premier Inns. The service was slow, the server wasn’t very friendly, and the decoration and furniture were tired and damaged. The room itself was noisy and there were adults and children running around. Also, all of the items on the menu were not available and the kitchen closed at 9pm. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again, but look for somewhere else to eat.

Sharell checked me in and was so friendly and effiencent. She assured me someone is always available for any query and helped get me settled in - telling me about the amenities available and ensuring I had the room which best suited my needs. 10/10

We stayed at this hotel for work. Thought we were going to have issues as our van is quite high and we couldn’t fit under the barrier to get into the car park. Popped into reception, spoke with Sharell who was so helpful and gave us all the information needed to get the barrier open. Once in Sharell made us feel welcome and made our stay a pleasurable one. ????????????
