There was no air conditioning in our room and as it was 35 degrees that day, it was very hot in our room. The fan provided did not suffice especially because the windows were facing yard where people sat and had a good time until midnight. The kids struggled sleeping. Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities

Positiv: sch?ner Innenhof, gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt
Negativ: Party im Innenhof bis 3 Uhr nachts, dementsprechend kaum geschlafen, Toilettenbrille schmutzig, Dusche zum Teil defekt, Parkgebühr recht hoch ( knapp 10 Euro), Zimmerausstattung sehr einfach

Warm service, hot rooms
Very friendly service at this hotel and spacious rooms but as other travellers have said, the rooms are extremely hot and the noise from traffic and the train was so loud all night that we couldn’t leave the window open. We all slept terribly because of the heat - a fan was provided but it wasn’t enough to help.

I really cannot find faults with this hotel during our stay here. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable with high quality mattresses. They were able to accommodate 9 explorers in the ‘family room’. It was ideal. Access to Prague was easy with a tram stop just a 5 minutes walk away. Reception staff have excellent English, and were always helpful and friendly. One even arranged an Uber for us. Breakfast was the typical continental style with some hot items and great coffee. The only thing missing in most rooms is air-conditioning, which on occasion would be nice. The televisions are smart and the WiFi runs fast enough to stream. The restaurant menu is limited but good price and tasty.

L'accueil est tres chaleureux. Il y a toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil. Le personnel parle anglais. L'h?tel est bien placé,facile d'acces en voiture. Nous avons profité du tramway qui passe juste à c?té. (les tickets achetés à l'hotel).Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le choix pour tous les go?ts. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre,il faisat un peu chaud pour dormir

Stayed for 1 night prior to early flight from Prague. Our stay must have coincided with one of the hottest days of the year being 35c+ Whilst the room was very spacious, it was basic and situated on the 3rd floor with only a tiny skylight window. There is no air-con and the room was unbelievably hot and unbearable to get any sleep in, and I don't normally mind heat. Maybe we were just unlucky! For the price and location near to Prague airport we can't fault, however based on our sleep we wouldn't consider in summer again. Breakfast was included however we didn't use.
