On arrival at this quaint, beautiful, artistic boutique hotel, you are greeted by the host Iolanda. Rooms are spacious, bathroom with shower are larger than usual. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is close to Catania, Etna Sud and Sicilia outlet. Thank you for hosting us and making us feel completely at home away from home.

I thought I had booked another hotel..This was absolutely shocking ??..I had asked for a room with walk in shower which I didn't get till the next morning...The window didn't close in the bathroom either... I was moved the next morning but it' wasn't a great place..they were decorating some of the tools jut it's not for me....I have to say the staff were very good...I asked for a kettle and hair dryer, and got them....The TV didn't work... As you can see by the pictures, it needs a good makeover. The shower cubicleneeds replacing...The balconywas dreadful..couldn't sit out ,evenif the weather was nice. No view ..and as you see..dirty and needs decorating.. Couldn't fault the staff..Extremely helpful, friendly... I personally won't be returning...

We stayed over Christmas - it was a great experience - excellent food for our half board, really friendly staff in the restaurant. Although the hotel was full, the swimming pool never had more than 6-8 people...same for the spa. nice kids corner. Good value for money.

Ambienti belli e pulitissimi come pulitissime sono le camere , peccato un po' troppo datate , almeno quello nella parte dove eravamo noi vicino alla reception. Con una loro ristrutturazione questo hotel avrebbe sicuramente una marcia in più. Buona la cucina,sia primi che secondi che dolci; un pochino meno gli antipasti,forse da rivedere. Ottimo il Centro benessere,ben organizzato e pulito. Grande e comodo parcheggio davanti l' hotel e comoda soprattutto la fermata dell' autobus che ti dà la possibilità di non toccare più l'auto. Complimenti anche agli operatori della sala ristorante, estremamente preparati e gentili. Grazie,alla prossima Claudia e Filippo

Harry the bar man in the hotel pub “molly Malone’s” is a star he’s great company and nothing is to much trouble, we enjoyed the atmosphere in mollys but the lighting from the at is poor so you actually have to look for it even though it’s by the hotel, needs some TLC from the at but good cracic and has pool, sports on to and food.

Bellissimo hotel, accogliente e molto pulito. Tutto il personale cordiale e disponibile. L'Hotel dispone di un ampio parcheggio. Zona wellnes rilassante con la piscina coperta, due saune e il bagno turco. Cucina spaziale! Dall'antipasto al dessert un viaggio culinario che soddisfa sia la vista e sia il palato, davvero bravissimo lo chef. Dolce e coccolone il gattone grigio! Da ritornare

Un posto veramente stupendo! Ambiente pulito e profumato ovunque ti trovi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sempre allegro e cordiale. SPA pulita, piccola ma funzionale, ottima per rilassarsi dopo una giornata a sciare. Disponibile il parcheggio ampio. Noi abbiamo optato per la meza pensione, la cucina veramente ottima, i piatti ricercati e buonissimi! Sicuramente ci rivedremo presto

Great hotel, ? Affordable, ?comfy beds, ?balconies, ?pool in the summer months, ?baths in the room with unlimited hot water, ? Can not really find any fault in the hotel for the price I paid (21€ per night in December)? Would recommend 100%
