  • Guest：有点像是自家房子改建的，小巷子深处较为安静，但是楼道不隔音，外面人説话能听见。房间和厕所都很小，没有洗漱用品，需要喝热水的自带烧水壶。服务人员态度很好，提出早餐没有蔬菜，第二天给增加了黄瓜。
  • Guest：??This family hotel is very cosy and staff helpful and friendly. 15 min walk from station and 3 min to the main strip full of bars and restaurants yet I didn’t hear any noise in my room. Rooms are small but I think overall it was great value for your money. ??I don’t recommend paying 8€ for the breakfast, you can pay a bit more and get better tasting food. @BallestrinAroundTheWorld @ballestrin
  • Guest：Budget hotel in Rimini The hotel does the job, staff is very helpful. Can be a bit noisy during the day. For long stays, housekeeping is around every 3 days. Beware that when there is heavy rain, the street gets flooded and you can't really leave (unless you're willing to go ankle deep or have packed wellies/shoes covers, which we hadn't as we didn't expect storms in Rimini!)

The hotel is clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area away from the noisy streets, making it a convenient choice for both beach lovers and city visitors. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and the historic center is a 20-minute walk through the park. The hotel offers a good continental breakfast. The hotel grounds are well-maintained. The rooms are small, simply decorated and not over decorated. The rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent value for money. We were leaving the hotel for 3 days and were given the opportunity to leave our luggage. A huge thank you to the hotel staff, Chiara, Paolo and Giovanni, for creating a positive, friendly and homely atmosphere. Thank you guys!
