The service staff were not helpful for few things and were young and immature. have no proper charging docks inside the room they are round pin. No kettle or tea inside room. Gave us only two towels for two rooms of 4 adults which was horrible, the flush was not working in the family room. Doesn't accept card payments. Food is overpriced and not at all accommodating cos I asked for some alternate as I was a vegetarian service staff were fussy. Can't order food without giving notice they claim they dont have food rations. The poolside restaurant area is not cleaned and the roof is dodgy. The staff didn't even help with the luggage at checkout after three reminders no one came. Was a horrible experience. Beware
