it was a good stay but the location is not the best just keep that in mind

Coffee was not replenished when they made the room. This hurt me in my soul. Also didn't change the bedsheets. Staff was kind.

The booking had its ups and downs. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff were very kind and patient — that was the best part for me. We had some problems with our room on the first night, but the hotel upgraded us to a suite, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after cleaning, some items were not refilled. That was disappointing and shouldn’t happen at this price level. I even left the empty coffee drawer open to indicate it needed refilling, but it was simply closed during cleaning and not restocked - more than once. It’s the first time I’ve felt unsure about a hotel stay. If you’re mainly looking for friendly staff and a decent breakfast, this hotel is fine. But if you want something special or the best value for your money, you might want to look elsewhere. I appreciated the upgrade and the friendly service, but overall I wasn’t fully convinced by the NEYA. One more plus: the beds are very comfortable.

在里斯本的核心区域，坐离地铁站也比较近，酒店设施就是欧洲很普遍的4星标准，前台服务很热心，很重视住客体验，还有一些互动哈哈哈哈。早餐不是特别丰盛，但还是有标准的培根，炒蛋等作为热菜。还是比较推荐，毕竟价格也比较美丽

优点：安静，前台服务热情。缺点：设施极老旧，枕头极差，早餐极简陋，房间衞生搞得很潦草。。房间面积可以，但是大行李箱只能在过道上摊开，摊开上衞生间就很难了。衞生间倒是超级大的，有浴缸可以泡泡脚。前台服务挺热情的，给了我们一个安静的房。酒店位置在一条小道上，很安静，隔音挺好的，能安睡到自然醒，床单被套舒服的，枕头超级不舒服，就是那种塞人造棉的枕头，用久了结成一坨坨的。酒店设施很老旧了，地毯又旧又脏，枱灯落地灯桌头灯要一个个去灯上开关，全屋灯光很暗。早餐种类少得可怜，真的是行程中住的早餐最差的酒店了。

房间价格在4星酒店里算便宜，虽然不靠近地铁，但里斯本打车便宜，交通没问题
