Very helpful staff, the you g man at reception carried our suitcases up the steep stairs for us, we had a comfy big bed. Nice breakfast. The wind blows hard in Gordon's Bay, which kept us awake, however everything else was good.

We had 3 wonderful nights in a great location to beaches and restaurants. Olwen and her team are hands on ensuring a comfortable stay. It was very hot so the airconditioner was a super plus and beds very comfortable. Will definitely return as this lodge is a great value for money and perfectly located. View from room with full mountain view provides a tranquil setting for a lovely relaxed stay! Keep it up Olwen, Eugene and the team!

We stayed 3 nights, comfortable bed and spacious room. Very nice shower. The breakfast was very tasty. The lodge is close to the main beach. Convenient location to reach Somerset west and Stellenbosch. Unfortunately the WIFI was down.

Stayed in Feb 2023.Nice guest house with lovely balcony looking towards the sea.The rooms were comfortable,lacked the extras of an hotel stay,no iron or hairdryer..The shower was excellent. Breakfast nice and staff very pleasant.The Hosts were very accommodating and friendly
