Loved this hotel. We had 2 rooms, both comfortable. Stayed 7 nights. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great - good quality cereal, yoghurt, eggs, salami, fruit, baked goods. Rooms were large and well appointed. Ski lockers in basement. Fantastic location, 2 mins walk to the ski lift.

Just stayed for a week in this great hotel in Cervinia. Well located on the main street 5 mins walk (in ski boots) from the Cretaz chair lift, which is where the ski school started. We had good sized rooms with nice facilities. 3 of us in a double with an adjoining room with an extra single sofa bed. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The hotel had a nice lounge area which did close early on some evenings. The ski room downstairs was big enough and didn't get too crowded in the morning. We used the shop next door to hire our ski equipment. We werent disturbed by any music from the bars even in the street facing windows, unlike some reviews here. We were staying B&B and used the hotel restaurant once which was great, as was all of the restaurants we visited in Cervinia. The only negative I can think of is that when we requested the shuttle bus from the gondola the hotel didn't tell us which one we needed to get (the hotel Serotelli one). Finally just want to say how lovely and helpful all the staff were which contributed to us having a great week there. Despite a lack of recent snowfall we still managed to find decent snow every day by going high enough at the right time of day, even if it was a bit icy first thing (which is April skiing for you)!

Mediocre hotel booked through Crystal ski. Two main issues. Convenient for ski lift but situated in the centre of towns Main Street with most bedrooms street facing and opposite two bars playing loud music and noisy aprés skiers til early hours. If you want a good nights sleep it’s not for you. Secondly bar in hotel closed at 8pm so basically nowhere to relax with friends on an evening. Sauna (no jacuzzi) was 10 euros per person to use per night per hour or we were offered sister hotel facilities for 80 euros for 3 hours. Room and bathroom good size and excellent cleaning. Breakfast adequate - the only cooked elements were scrambled egg and bacon but ok. We didn’t eat at night at the hotel as reviews were really poor.

This is a great little hotel in a superb location. We spent a week here in February as a family of 3, and really do not have anything bad to say about the place. It was clean, staff were very friendly, rooms were reasonably spacious with good storage, which is essential on a ski holiday. Breakfast was fairly basic but plenty of it and more than good enough us; toast, scrambled egg, bacon, salami, ham, cereal, croissants, rolls, fruit etc. The boot room was nice and warm with good storage. One of the best points of the hotel is the location; literally a few minutes walk to the lifts, and in the centre of all the shops and restaurants. For the price we paid I just could not fault the Hotel Compagnoni and would return.

I stayed for a week at the end of March with my family. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the centre of Cervina. It is a very short walk from the Cretaz chair lift and a slightly longer walk to the gondola station. The hotel has a boot/ski room in the basement which is also accessed from the street. The breakfasts are good, with a choice of tea/coffee, fruit juices, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, pastries, croissants etc along with hot options and ham & cheeses etc. we ate in the restaurant one night and it was excellent, the steak was perfectly cooked. There is also a lounge area and a small snack bar, K2, at the front of the hotel, which we tried to eat at one day but the service is terrible, which I don’t like saying this but we walked out in the end as after sitting for 10 minutes waiting to be served I eventually asked for the menu only to be shooed away. After sitting for another 5 minutes waiting we gave up, which is a real shame and in no way a reflection of the rest of the hotel. The two people that made our stay was Stefano and Lucia, who are a credit to the hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Best meal I think we had was in the Hotel Baita Cretaz an experience getting a skidoo ride up at night and Ymelatrob! Snacks through the day, The black Hole, Tasty Cervinia and the noodle bar, at the bottom on the slopes!

Lovely stay for a week skiing. Great facilities, location and amazing staff. Thank you Lucia and team for helping with booking restaurants. To all the restaurant and bar staff for attentive service. Definitely recommend and be back again !
